Applications can only be for amounts up to £1,000 only.  Do not apply for more than is necessary, because this may impact the success of applications for other families in need.  Applications for the same individual / family cannot be made more than once in any 12 month period.  If this is a repeat application, please make that clear when you apply.

If your application is successful, the grant payment will be made to the bank account of this Department, and they will be notified of this.  It is your responsibility then to liaise with them as soon as possible to arrange for payment of the grant for the benefit of the family / individual. It is the hope of the Trustees that you will try to use this grant promptly and efficiently.

Should for some reason, the original purpose for have changed, then email us at enquiries@gibbonstrusts.org to let us know.

Any grants unspent within 3 months of receipt will be returned to us by DCC.
